A first consultation will last about 45 minutes and will involve a detailed case history of any previous and current problems. You will then be asked to remove some items of clothing so that I can look at your posture and then I will perform a full physical assessment of neurological testing, joint movement and palpation of the problematic affected area. This will enable a working diagnosis to be reached.
A treatment plan will then be explained, giving a detailed explanation of what the treatment will involve, the approximate length of time it may take and advice on any exercises the patient can
do at home to help speed up the recovery time.
